Telangana state government has tied up with Airbus along with National Skill Development Corporation India and AEROCAMPUS France, to set up a centre of excellence for aerospace skill development, at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad. The centre will provide short-term course modules and long-term certificate and diploma courses to facilitate employment in aerospace sector. The short-term courses will be rolled out in 2017. The centre may also be upgraded to an university later.
